Meet the Author | Natalie Rose
Driven by a deep calling to understand herself and the role of wisdom in modern life, Natalie Rose stepped away from her work in the UK to embark on a journey that would shape the next chapter of her life.
From the ashrams of India to the ancient temples of Egypt, she immersed herself in traditions that honoured storytelling, healing, community, and the role of Elders throughout history.
Through years of lived experience, personal transformation, and meaningful conversations with people from around the world, she discovered that every life carries wisdom, and every story has the power to strengthen future generations.
In 2021, she published her first book, Becoming You, preserving her own journey through the written word and deepening her commitment to helping others do the same.
Today, she leads the Rose Author Elder Circle, guiding Elders to transform a lifetime of lived experience into professionally published books that preserve wisdom, strengthen communities, and contribute to the restoration of rites of passage through the work of the Sisters of the Rose Group CIC.

Not at all. This programme is designed for those who may hold the ideas, stories and lived experience but need a structured way to express them. We start exactly where you are, whether you're a writing beginner or have written before.
The team and I will personally guide you through a step-by-step process that turns the very essence of you, that you aspire to share into a professional, published book that also brings the key impact for your audience.
This programme offers a structured yet flexible approach designed to integrate with your existing schedule. With bi-weekly calls, consistent weekly communication, and a full suite of resources, you’ll have everything needed to focus on your authorship at a pace that suits you.
We recommend a minimum of 5 hours per week. The amount of time however, really depending on your current commitments and your other priories you hold.
You’ll receive direct guidance from our first conversation and getting to know you through to launching your published book. You’ll work directly with Natalie to forge a written draft that expresses you, your journey and capture your most aligned story.
Following the draft, our professional editors and graphic designers will take over to ensure it’s written and visually displayed to the the highest publishing quality.
We will then navigate the technical distribution phase, ensuring your book is professionally launched in print and digital formats across Amazon Kindle and other global platforms.
If you are looking for more clarity on your exact direction or a stronger foundation for your mission, the authorship process acts as a strategic next step.
You don’t need a fully established business or a finished methodology to begin. Many leaders use this 9-month partnership to move from internal fragmentation into a structured, high-impact mission.
